A high-energy urban family park engineered with go-karting tracks, sports courts, and dynamic illumination.

A premier leisure destination designed to offer comprehensive recreational sports, family entertainment, and outdoor gaming across an expansive, beautifully landscaped multi-zone complex.

The project features an engineered asphalt karting circuit with safety barriers, professional multi-sport pitches, indoor arcade facilities, food and beverage kiosks, gazebos, and synchronized color-changing LED lighting that transforms the park’s character after dusk.

MERAAS provided turnkey delivery starting from rough site grading through asphalt paving, steel shade canopies, underground electrical networks, high-output floodlighting, and synthetic turf installation.
